'James Bond 23' delayed indefinitely

Due to the continuing uncertainty surrounding the future of MGM and the failure to close a sale of the studio, the producers Wilson and Broccoli have decided to suspended development on 'Bond 23' indefinitely. The film was previously scheduled for release in late 2011 or early 2012. In January, reports surfaced indicating that Bond 23 could be delayed by MGM's highly publicized financial troubles. James Bond has faced several threats over the course of his distinguished career as a well-dressed espionage agent, but it appears that 007 has finally met his match in the form of MGM Studios.
