London: Avatar won Empire Awards 2010

The 15th Empire Awards were organized in London, amid the glitter and glamour of Hollywood stars. Director James Camerons Avatar taking away top honors for Best Picture.The 3D special effects extravaganza also earned a Best Actress trophy for Zoe Saldana - who appears throughout the entire film in the form of motion capture animation, while Harry Brown received the Best Actor award. Ray Winstone was recognized for Outstanding Contribution to British Film. British actor Andy Serkis, was honored with Empire's Inspiration Award.
