In the Indian city of Jaipur police had to baton charge the unruly fans of Bollywood actor Salman Khan who had turned up in large numbers to participate in the race and have a glimpse of the actor. Salman Khan was also supposed to inaugurate and participate in the marathon.The situation took an ugly turn, when Salman decided not to run. Police had to beat up women and children to disperse the crowd.
