India: Caricatures of cartoonists from across the world displayed

Caricatures of cartoonists from various parts of the world are displayed at an exhibition in India's southern Karnataka state.The Indian Institute of Cartoonists have organised an eight-day exhibition to display more than 625 caricatures and cartoons. The Cartoonists participated in the 'International Manmohan Singh- Sonia Gandhi Caricature contest' organized by the IIC. Manmohan Singh is the 14th and current Prime Minister of India whereas Sonia Gandhi is the chief of India's federal ruling Congress Party. The Governor of the state, Hans Raj Bhardwaj inaugurated the exhibition and appreciated the work done by the artists. The caricatures by cartoonists from across the world surprised many viewers.
