Karen George lives above her floor and says he is disturbed by noise level in her apartment. Madonna has transformed her Central Park West apartment into a makeshift dance studio. And her accuser is claiming that her dancing and carrying on should get her evicted. The suit stated that Madonna uses the apartment as a dance and rehearsal studio, subjecting her neighbours to blaring music, stomping and shaking walls, and the sound of unreasonably high-decibel, amplified music. The board which oversees the apartment building on Central Park said they had already threatened to evict the singer.
