Summary Raveena Tandon's latest film Shobhna's Seven Nights, is doing the festival rounds.

After being screened at the Chicago Film Fest, the film is now in Houston where it is in the competition section and Raveena has been nominated for best actress.Ahead of the fest, a happy Raveena says, My film doing the festival rounds gives me a different kind of high. Standing ovations, finale screenings at festivals and the best artistes from the Indian film industry and also from world cinema watching - its an experience thats left an indelible impression on my mind. Id seen box office success, silver and golden jubilees but a festival experience is new and yes, I am soaking it allAs the film starts creating a buzz, ask Raveena if she hopes the theatrical release too will create the same if not more buzz and she says, I wish it does, because the audience today is accepting newer kinds of films.Tell her that a film like Barfi that everybody said is too arty for the common mans taste has entered the 100 crore club and she says, Is it so? Thats great news However, I live in the real world and know that a film like Shobhnas Seven Nights has no big stars, no big budgets etc - all I know is that it has is a great story and I do hope that people in theatres too see it and appreciate it.And though its a festival film its glamourous. Its not showing slums, poverty and its not grim - its about a high profile woman and her relationship with a younger man, who is a struggling actor. It was a challenging role for me and I loved the way the movies shaped up.
