World Art Festival kicks off in Moscow

World Art Festival has begun in Russian Capital Moscow in which artists from across the world are participating. The festival is held after every two years and this year above 80 artists from 25 countries have reached Moscow. The art work has been exhibited in the art galleries across the city which includes 39 special projects and seven special shows.
