China gets hair done for anniversary

Summary

To celebrate the 60th Anniversary of the founding of China's communist party a hairdresser in China's central Henan province is taking patriotism to new lengths. From Chinese national flags to iconic landmarks like the Tiananmen Square, Manager Cao Bin has transformed the locks of more than 30 customers - and says he is only just beginning. Cao Bin said, I know from ten years ago that the military parade in Beijing will be huge, so being a hairdresser I wanted to express my feelings in my own way, cutting the whole of Tiananmen, the Great Hall of the People, the national flag or 60th anniversary messages out of hair, so everyone can appreciate how long New China has been around.
