Kidman was rumored to have been upset that the construction of another Meier tower at 165 Charles Street partially blocked her view of the Hudson River. She had bought the 3,785-square-foot home in 2003 under the name of her sister, Antonia Hawley, and sold it last month for $16 million, according to New York City property records.Kidman had previously put the property on the market as a rental unit for $45,000 a month with Halstead agent Richard Orenstein, who declined to comment on the sale. The property was never officially up for sale.
