Summary The world's first ever wedding video has been shot with 3D cameras.
The wedding that took place in Montecito, California was captured using the same equipment as Peter Jackson used in The Hobbit and which Ridley Scott used to film Prometheus.Peter Chang, the principal photographer said: This wedding is the first to be shot in 5K resolution 3D using the 5K RED Epic cameras, which, he added, is IMAX 3D quality.Rather than aliens and make-believe creatures, the protagonists of this movie, however, were a couple by the name of Stuart and Julia whose ceremony took place in the lush grounds of The Mirador Estate.Mr Chang, who is also a director and producer at Golden Gate 3D, explained that the full footage of the wedding day lasts for ten to 15 minutes and includes audio for speeches.
