Presidential elections are usually serious business, but President Barack Obama and Republican rival Mitt Romney are taking a little time for laughs during Wednesday nights CMT Music Awards.Obama and Romney have taped video segments that will appear as part of the country music award shows opening segment. Toby Keith and Kristen Bell host the show.Its not the first time presidential politics have played a role at the CMTs. Obama, Democratic challenger Hillary Rodham Clinton and Republican opponent John McCain taped segments in 2008.
