Eid holidays announced for educational institutions across Pakistan

Government schools will remain closed from March 31 to April 4
ISLAMABAD (Web Desk) – The federal government has announced Eid-ul-Fitr holidays for educational institutions, with an official notification now issued.
According to the notification from the Federal Ministry of Education, government schools will remain closed from March 31 to April 4, and the new academic session will begin on April 7.
Meanwhile, the Punjab government has also issued a notification stating that educational institutions will remain closed for three days, from March 31 to April 2, in observance of Eid-ul-Fitr.
It is noteworthy that the Pakistan Meteorological Department has predicted Eid-ul-Fitr to fall on March 31.
