Summary LHC sought explanation from Punjab Education Ministry over security arrangements in exams centres.
When LHC Justice Umar Bandia started hearing of the case, the counsel for the petitioner Shabana Kauser said that there were no proper security arrangements in all the examination centres in Punjab.As a result, ‘booti mafia’ became active during examinations.The court accepted the petition for further hearing and sought explanation from Punjab education ministry and the Secretary Board on November 3.
