Property dealer gunned down in Lahore

LAHORE (Dunya News) – Two armed men riding a bike gunned down a property dealer in Nishtar Town, Dunya News reported here on Tuesday.

The victim was going in his vehicle in the Nishtar area when two suspects opened fire indiscriminately, killing him on the spot.

According to police officials, the killers fled the scene after the shooting. Police and forensic teams collected evidence from the scene, and the victim's body was transferred to hospital.

RAPE SUSPECT ARRESTED

A rape suspect was arrested after an encounter with police in Pakpattan. The accused clashed with the police within the limits of Rangshah police station. Sub-Inspector Ayesha Karan took the injured accused into custody. Two accomplices of the arrested accused managed to escape taking advantage of the darkness.

Police officials said that the arrested suspect has been identified as Rajab Ali, who was shifted to hospital. Accused Rajab Ali turned out to be a declared person in a case of rape of a minor girl.
