Constable martyred, two injured in fatal attack on Peshawar police

PESHAWAR (Web Desk) – A police constable was martyred whereas two other soldiers got injured in an armed attack on provincial capital city police on Monday.
In the latest incident of terrorism against Peshawar police, a police mobile came under attack as unidentified terrorist opened heavy fire on the van in Badaber village in Peshawar district.
As a result, a constable identified as Yar Muhammad embraced martyrdom, whereas two other policemen got injured by the firing. The injured were shifted to hospital for medical aid.
Heavy contingent of police arrived at the scene after the incident was reported. A search operation was started in the area after cordoning off the area.
