SIALKOT (Dunya News) - A female doctor was abducted outside a private hospital in Sialkot district on Saturday afternoon. A video of the incident was making rounds on social media.
The incident reportedly happened on Khadim Ali Road within the jurisdiction of Civil Lines police. The viral footage showed a person dressed in black shalwar qameez abducting the female doctor.
According to eyewitnesses, Dr Sidra Batool was forcibly taken in a car. As soon the police were informed, cops rushed to the crime scene.
The Sialkot district police chief took notice of the incident and ordered to swiftly recover the woman. A police spokesperson said an investigation had been initiated after registering a case and efforts were being made to trace the whereabouts of the abductee.
