Bank gold scam case: Court orders to submit challan by August 26
KARACHI (Dunya News) - Banking court in Karachi has ordered the investigating officer to submit a challan by August 26, in Karachi bank gold scam case.
The banking court heard a case of changing real jewelery with fake in a Karachi bank. Prison authorities produced the arrested bank employees in the court.
The investigating officer sought time to file the challan, the court accepting the request ordered to file the challan by August 26.
The hearing on the petition of the female accused was adjourned till August 25, while the hearing on absence of the lawyers of the accused Zulfiqar and others was adjourned till September 2.
On the bail application of accused Waleed, the court issued notices to the parties for September 2. Kamran and Sadia Rizvi have obtained pre-arrest bail in the case.
