Jhelum: Girl reaches home shortly after abduction
JHELUM (Dunya News) - A 10th class student was abducted in broad daylight in Jhelum while she was returning home from school. The kidnappers shot girl’s father for resisting while the girl returned home shortly after the incident.
According to the details, a 16-year-old student was on her way home from school with her father when the armed accused forcibly threw her in a double cabin vehicle. When the girl s father resisted, the accused shot him in the leg.
Police said that the victim has submitted an affidavit to the police station not to take legal action. It is written in the affidavit that I was not abducted. When I left school, my health deteriorated. I came home in a car. No one kidnapped me.
