Naqeebullah murder case: Court issues show-cause notice to SHO Sachal
KARACHI (Dunya News) - The murder case of Naqeebullah and his associates was heard in the special anti-terrorism court. The court has expressed anger over the SSP for not presenting witnesses while issuing show cause notice to SHO Sachal.
The murder case of Naqeebullah and his associates was heard in the special anti-terrorism court. Former SSP Malir Rao Anwar, DSP Qamar and others appeared before court in the case.
The court expressed anger at SSP Abid Qaim Khani for not presenting witnesses during the hearing. SHO Sachal was issued a show cause notice for not presenting witnesses despite the warrant.
The court questioned the investigating officer Abid Qaim Khani why he did not present the logbook, to which the investigating officer told the court that he would present it at the next hearing.
The court said in its remarks that this is said at every hearing. If the lock book is not presented at the next hearing, IG Sindh will be issued notice.
