Karachi: ATC indicts five accused in Dua Mangi kidnapping case
KARACHI (Dunya News) - An Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) has indicted five accused including Zohaib Qureshi and Muhammad Tariq in Dua Mangi kidnapping case.
Dua Mangi kidnapping case was heard in an anti-terrorism court of Karachi. The court charge framed five accused including Zohaib Qureshi and Muhammad Tariq alias Shakeel along with Muzaffar Ali, Wasim Raja and Fayyaz Solangi.
Accused Agha Mansoor was declared proclaimed offender by the court over his continued non-appearance.
The court after summoning investigating officer and witnesses in the case adjourned the hearing of the case until January 25. Dua Mangi was abducted on November 30, 2019, and later returned home after an alleged ransom payment of Rs2.5 million.
