14-year-old girl abducted from Rahim Yar Khan still missing
RAHIM YAR KHAN (Dunya News) - A young girl abducted during a robbery last week is yet to be recovered. Rahim Yar khan Police have, so far, failed to arrest the robbers.
Her family members have appealed to Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar to rescue the girl soon. IG Punjab Inam Ghani has taken notice of the incident and demanded a report from RPO Bahawalpur.
According to details, four days ago, more than six robbers entered a house in the vicinity of Shedani police station. They took the family hostage and looted cash, jewelery and other valuables.
The robbers also abducted a 14-year-old girl from the house and escaped with her. A case was registered in Shedani police station but even four days later, police have not been able to arrest the robbers.
IG Punjab Inam Ghani has ordered RPO Bahawalpur to immediately identify and arrest the dacoits.
