Customs foils bid to smuggle imported cloth worth Rs280 million
KARACHI (Dunya News) - Customs Anti-Smuggling Organization has foiled an attempt to smuggle foreign clothes worth Rs280 million.
According to details, the Customs Anti-Smuggling Organization has foiled the smuggling of imported cloth. Imported cloth and polyester yarn have been recovered from the warehouse in Industrial Area No. 7.
The value of 50,000 kg of cloth and 30,000 kg of polyester yarn was said to be around Rs.280 million.
Customs officials said that due process of law has been initiated against the accused.
