ATC indicts Uzair Baloch in murder of SHO Fawad Khan
KARACHI (Dunya News) - Lyari gang war accused Uzair Baloch and others have been indicted in murder case of SHO Civil Line Fawad Khan.
According to details the nose around Uzair Baloch, the leader of Lyari gang war, has been tightened. Accused Uzair Baloch and others have been indicted in another murder case.
According to details, significant progress has been made in the murder of SHO Civil Line Fawad Khan. The accused Uzair Baloch and others were indicted in another case in the anti-terrorism court set up in Karachi. Uzair Baloch was produced in the court under tight security of Rangers.
The court indicted Uzair Baloch, Bhai Zubair Baloch, Abdul Ghaffar Mama and others. Zakir Dada and Ramzan alias Ramzani are also among the accused.
Uzair Baloch and others pleaded not guilty to the charges. Notices were issued to the investigating officer and witnesses of the case.
According to police, the accused attacked the police in April 2012 within the limits of Kalakot police station. SHO Fawad Khan was killed and three others were injured in the attack.
