Angry mob torture robbers in Karachi
KARACHI (Dunya News) - Citizens in Korangi Zaman Town area of Karachi captured and tortured robbers after which police managed to free the robbers from the angry mob.
According to details, two alleged dacoits fell into the hands of citizens in Korangi area of Karachi. Citizens beat the robbers severely. When the police reached the spot, the people resisted instead of handing over the robbers to the police.
Police with the help of backup force managed to disperse the enraged crowd and rescue the robbers from the scene while angry crowd pelted stones on the police vehicles injuring three police personnel. Police shifted the robbers to the police station.
Meanwhile in another incident of attempted robbery, a man was injured as a result of firing while resisting robbers near Surjani Baba Mor. The injured man has been shifted to nearby hospital.
