Two Tiger force impersonators caught in Faisalabad
They were collecting identity cards from people while posing as Tiger force members
FAISALABAD (Dunya News) – Two con men posing as members of Prime Minister Imran Khan’s Corona Relief Tiger Force have been caught in Faisalabad.
According to details, the two con men were arrested in Roshan Wala area of the district, under jurisdiction of Dijkot police station. They, along with other partners, were collecting identity cards from people while posing as Tiger force members.
The con men announced this through loudspeakers of various mosques, after which large crowds gathered in the adjoining areas. On getting information of the scam, Assistant Commissioner Umar Maqbool took immediate action and went after the criminals.
Two of them were arrested while two of their accomplices managed to escape. A large number of identification cards, of both men and women, were recovered from the criminals.
