Report raises questions on Punjab police's performance
Spokesperson of Punjab Police said that force is taking action against terrorists
LAHORE (Dunya News) – Performance report stated that Punjab police failed to arrest 649 dangerous criminals which has raised questions on force’s performance.
According to details, progress report submitted by IG Punjab to Prime Minister Imran Khan stated that police failed to arrest 649 terrorists and dangerous wanted criminals.
Sources claimed that earlier IG Punjab Shoaib Dastagir vowed to take action against terrorists but special team formed for this task failed to arrest 92 criminals wanted in high profile cases.
Spokesperson of Punjab Police said that force is taking action against terrorists and wanted criminals.
