SHIKARPUR (Dunya News) – Three boys were severely tortured by influential people in Shikarpur for allegedly stealing pigeon, Dunya News reported on Saturday.
According to details, the boys were punched, kicked and beaten by baton. Furthermore, the influential persons cut their hair and released them after taking Rs 20,000 from their parents.
The suspects also recorded a video of the incident and shared it on social media. On the other hand, police have not taken any action against the accused.
