Father killed over denying proposal of daughter's marriage
22 years old daughter wanted to marry the man of her choice: Police
PESHAWAR (Online)- Two sisters have allegedly shot dead their father for refusing to give them permission to marry of their choice.
According to police, the incident occurred in the suburb area Larma of Peshawar some six days ago. The area comes under the jurisdiction of Khazana Police station.
ASP of Khazana and Chamkani police stations told that the victim Mushtaq Ahmad son Abdullah has got registered an FIR in the police station saying that his father under unknown reasons has committed suicide.
But later on when the police investigated the case it transpired that his 22 years daughter wanted to marry the man of her choice, who had already been married. Her father was against the move and advised her not to call him.
But her 18 years younger sister was supporting the elder one and maintained contacts with the person and she opened fire on her father.
According to BBC police have arrested both the sisters.
In the preliminary statement both sisters have confessed that they have killed their father.
