GUJRANWALA (Dunya News) – A 10-year-old maid was allegedly tortured to death by her mistress in Gujranwala’s Satellite Town, Dunya News reported on Monday.
According to details, the accused tormented the minor – Neelum – for not doing her work and pushed her off the roof pretending it as an accident.
The suspect herself took the child – belonging to Sheikhupura – to hospital afterwards where she succumbed to injuries.
The family members staged protest on Sheikhupura-Lahore Road, and raised slogans against the police as well for threatening them to settle the issue. The protesters demanded to immediately arrest the culprit.
