LAHORE (Dunya News) – District and sessions court on Monday has sentenced suspect for three years in jail for uploading pictures of a girl on social media.
The court has also ordered him to pay fine worth Rs1.20 lac.
It is to be mentioned here that cybercrime cell of Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) had lodged a case against Behzad Afzal on the request of Mohammad Latif for blackmailing his daughter.
The prosecutor told the court that the pictures of the girl have been recovered from the suspect.
