KARACHI (Dunya News) – A woman and her twin children were murdered in Orangi Town’s Gulshan-e-Bahar area in Karachi, Dunya News reported on Monday.
According to details, the dead bodies were found from the house. The postmortem report revealed that the victims were killed by a sharp weapon and there were no torture marks on the bodies.
The crime investigation team have recorded the statements of the late woman’s husband – who works as a tailor near the home – and others after her brother filed a case.
Power cut had hit the area when the incident occurred. The locals gathered at the house after hearing the screams of the [woman’s] husband.
The police reached the incident spot afterwards and transferred the dead bodies to the Jinnah Hospital. The family members of the deceased stated that they had no enmity with anyone.
The officials have informed that no arrests have been made yet as investigations are ongoing. The funeral prayers for the victims will be offered after Zuhr prayer.
