Woman official and Levies personnel killed in Lakki Marwat shooting

LAKKI MARWAT (Dunya News) – An unidentified gunman opened fire at Independent Monitoring Unit (IMU) killing a woman official and Levies personnel at Lakki Marwat. Four people were also injured in the attack on Wednesday.
Independent Monitoring Unit (IMU) came under attack when they arrived at the remote area of Lakki Marwat district to inspect the schools first time after the integration of Federally Administered Tribal Areas (FATA).
Driver managed to get four injured out of the Lakki Marwat district with his punctured vehicle.
Two serious injured were shifted to Bannu Hospital while dead bodies were transferred to DHQ Hospital Lakki Marwat.
Deputy Commissioner Jehangir Azam Wazir and political authorities arrived to investigate the crime scene.
