IG KP takes notice of torture of citizen by traffic wardens
A video of the traffic wardens beating citizen went viral on social media.
PESHAWAR (Dunya News) – Inspector General Khyber PaktunKhwa Police Salahuddin Mehsud on Wednesday has taken notice of incident where traffic wardens abused and subjected a citizen to severe torture in Peshawar.
According to details, the incident took place near Khyber Road Artillery Chowk where two on duty traffic wardens brutally beat a citizen and dragged him out of the car he was driving.
A video of the traffic wardens beating citizen went viral on social media, following which KP IGP took notice of torture and ordered Capital City Police Officer Qazir Jameel-ur-Rehman to dismiss both traffic wardens.
