Business activity in Murree witnessed a drastic decline due to boycott.
MURREE (Dunya News) – Not long ago, business activity in Murree witnessed a drastic decline as tourists from all over Pakistan flocked to other sites citing ill-behavior of the residents of the Murree.
People from all walks of life shared stories of their exploitation at the hands of Murree’s vendors, hotels’ administration and residents. Tourist families were harassed, insulted, blackmailed and fleeced at the hands of area locals.
Ostensibly, it seems that bad elements of the city have not yet learned a lesson. In yet another such appalling act, drivers brutally beat a traffic warden as latter stopped them from parking vehicles in No Parking Area.
