Two held at Islamabad airport for smuggling 3700 kg ice-heroin

ANF officials have arrested the smugglers.

ISLAMABAD (Dunay News) – Two men on Friday were charged with attempting to smuggle drugs after arrested and gotten off a plane at Islamabad Airport.

Officers of Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) discovered ice heroin concealed within a suitcase of two passengers who were leaving for Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, through a private airline flight XY-316.

According to the officials, both men were residents of Charsadda who were carrying heroin in their luggage.

The overall weight of the drug is estimated to be just over 3700 kilogram.
