Punjab CM has taken notice of incident.

JARANWALA (Dunya News) – Punjab Chief Minister (CM) Shehbaz Sharif on Monday took notice of Jaranwala Video Scandal and directed authorities concerned to take immediate action against all culprits at earliest.

According to details garnered, the eight-member group raped minor children and also made videos of the appalling acts to blackmail the victims and their families. A victim child stated that influential personalities of the area were involved in the act and urged Chief Justice of Pakistan to take suo motu notice. He further added that several children were still in the custody of the culprits.

Dunya News approached State Minster Talal Chaudhry who ensured stern and immediate action against the culprits. Talal said, “No matter how strong the criminals are, a strict action will be taken against all those involved according to the law”.

On the other hand, Faisalabad Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Operations told our correspondent that few culprits of the eight-member group had been arrested while raids were being conducted to nab others.
