Firing between two groups kills two, injures 11 in Jaranwala
The scuffle also broke out between the groups in hospital.
JARANWALA (Dunya News)- Atleast two people including a woman and 11 sustained injuries when two groups opened fire on each other in Jaranwala on Sunday.
The incident occurred over the land dispute between Muhammad Hussain and Mohammad Aslam in the jurisdiction of Sadar Police station.
Firing erupted between the two groups when Muhammad Hussain’s group member went to water the fields whereas Aslam’s group member also came there.
A woman named Tanzila and 13-year-old boy Khalil was killed while 11 others sustained injuries in exchange of firing.
Rescue teams shifted the injured to District Hospital Jaranwala.
The scuffle also broke out between the groups in hospital.
Police arrived at the scene and controlled the situation.
