KARACHI (Dunya News) – Anti-Violent Crime Cell (AVCC) on Sunday recovered a 13-year-old boy who was kidnapped for ransom in Karachi.
The boy identified as Awais was rescued from Dalmia area of Karachi and is the son of Assistant Sub-Inspector (ASI) Excise Police.
According to Senior Superintendent of Police East (SSP) AVCC Tariq Dharejo, Awais was kidnapped last month from Brigade area.
The kidnappers demanded Rs10 lac ransom for Awais’s freedom.
