Dangerous prisoner fled from central jail, jail superintendent suspended from Home Minister
KARACHI: (Dunya News) – Dangerous prisoner Mohammad Hafeez on Monday fled the central jail, upon which the jail superintendent was suspended by Sindh Home Minister, reported Dunya News.
According to Jails IG, the prisoner was involved in kidnapping for ransom cases. He was taken to the jail colony for labour from where he fled.
Taking notice of the issue, Home Minister suspended Jail Superintendent Murtaza Sheikh. He ordered inquiry into the matter on immediate basis and filing of the report as soon as possible.
