ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Anti Narcotics Force (ANF) on Wednesday recovered more than 3 kilogram heroin from a flight bound to Dubai. On the news of a suspicious bag under a seat, the pilot immediately informed control tower and carried out emergency landing on Karachi airport, reported Dunya News.
According to the spokesperson of aviation division, Pakistan International Airline’s (PIA) flight number 211 has left for Dubai from Islamabad airport when the crew members noticed a bag under a seat which did not belong to anyone. ANF searched the aircraft on Karachi airport and recovered more than 3 kilogram of heroin from the suspecious bag.
After the clearance of the aircraft, the flight was allowed to leave for Dubai while the investigation has been started to determine how the bag reached inside the plane and who are the people involved.
