(Dunya News) – Rangers and police in a joint targeted action on Friday night arrested 9 suspects during raids. 6 of the arrested felons have been linked to political parties. The suspects were arrested during a search operation conducted near Sindhi Hotel in Liaqatabad, Karachi.
The suspects have been shifted to an undisclosed location for interrogation. Police also arrested an alleged terrorist during a clash with the suspect in Baldia. Explosive material and bomb making equipment was found from the suspect named Kashif.
Meanwhile, unknown armed men broke into actor and celebrity Ejaz Aslam’s production house near Khayyaban Mujahid area in Defense, Karachi and looted local as well as foreign currency from the house. The suspects also made off with expensive equipment.
