Summary Suspect was under treatment, policemen were deployed yet opponents entered ward and opened firing
GUJRANWALA: (Dunya News) – A murder suspect under treatment at District Headquarter Hospital (DHQ) was shot by his opponent party on Sunday. The suspect was critically injured by the firing. Although policemen were deployed for his security, the opponents broke into the ward and opened firing all of a sudden, reported Dunya News.
Police officers on duty showed exemplary valour to arrest the attacker. The injured suspect has been shifted to Lahore in a critical condition.
