RINGGOLD:- A U.S. man who handcuffed himself to a female co-worker in an effort to get a date has been sentenced to four years in prison.
The Rome News-Tribune in Georgia reports that 25-year-old Jason Earl Dean handcuffed himself to the 18-year-old in August 2011. They worked together at a Taco Bell fast-food restaurant.
