SAWABI: Six members of a family including victim’s parents and three daughters were gunned down in Swabi on Tuesday.
According to police, the victim Amir Noor existed at his home at Sara Cheena that unidentified armed men barged into the house and started indiscriminate firing on the inmates.
As a result, Amir along with his parents and three daughters died on the site while killers managed to flee from the site of occurrence.
Police shifted the bodies to nearby hospital for postmortem while search operation for further investigation is underway.
The police have suspected that old enmity might have been real motif behind the tragic end of the ill-fated family.
