Mohammad Rizwan joins St. Kitts & Nevis Patriots for CPL 2025

LAHORE (Dunya News) - Pakistan’s ODI captain Mohammad Rizwan has signed with Caribbean Premier League (CPL) franchise St. Kitts & Nevis Patriots.
Rizwan replaces Afghanistan pacer Fazalhaq Farooqi, who has returned to national duty. The wicketkeeper-batter will feature in the remaining matches of the CPL, marking his debut in the tournament.

His availability for today’s clash against Barbados Royals remains uncertain. Rizwan joins compatriots Naseem Shah and Abbas Afridi, who are also part of the Patriots’ squad.
This is Rizwan’s second overseas T20 league contract, following his signing with Melbourne Renegades for the upcoming 15th edition of Australia’s Big Bash League.
