MUSCAT (Dunya News) – Sri Lanka A secured a dominating seven-wicket win over Pakistan to reach final of the Emerging Teams T20 Asia Cup at Oman cricket Academy Ground, Muscat, on Friday.

The Lankans achieved the 136-run target in 17th over as Pakistani bowlers struggled to restrict them from putting score on board.

Ahan Wickramasinghe played an unbeaten innings of 52 while Lahiru Udara scored 43, propelling their side into the final of the tournament.

Earlier, opener Omair Bin Yousaf showed fireworks with bat as he made 68 runs helping Pakistan Shaheens set a reasonable target of 136 runs target for Sri Lanka A in the semi-final.

After he was dismissed by Dushan Hemantha, no Pakistani batter, including skipper Muhammad Haris, could not perform up to the mark.

Haider Ali was removed for 14 while Muhammad Imran scored 13 runs.
