Babar Azam, other Pakistani players sign up for Global T20 League

Shaheen Afridi signs up with Toronto Nationals
(Dunya News) – Several Pakistani players including skipper Babar Azam are all set to participate in the Global T20 Canada franchise tournament after signing agreement with different teams.
Babar Azam will make his debut in the Global T20 as he has signed up with Vancouver Knights this past week.
The franchise also retained the services of wicketkeeper Mohammad Rizwan who showed impressive performance in last year's edition. Pakistan batter Asif Ali and pacer Mohammad Amir have also joined the Knights.
Pakistan pacer Shaheen Shah Afridi has signed up with Toronto Nationals for his first appearance in the tournament.
All-rounder Iftikhar Ahmed will play for Bangla Tigers Mississauga in the Global T20 tournament.
