Haris Rauf declared fit for World Cup 2023

LAHORE (Dunya News) – Pakistan’s star fast bowler Haris Rauf has recovered from injury he sustained during Asia Cup 2023, a positive development ahead of World Cup 2023.
A team of medical experts of the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) reviewed the condition of the right-armed pacer and declared him fit to take part in the upcoming mega event in India next month.
Rauf has started attending the practice sessions after his recovery.
The fast bowler suffered an injury during Super 4 stage matches of the Asia Cup 2023 and as a precautionary measure he was stopped from bowling
He felt a little discomfort in his right flank during the match and was subsequently taken for a precautionary MRI, which revealed no tear, the Pakistan Cricket Board had said in a statement, adding: “He remains under the observation of the team’s medical panel”.
