The wicketkeeper-batsman cleans the floor of Masjid al-Haram

LAHORE (Web Desk) – A video of Pakistan wicketkeeper-batter Mohammad Rizwan cleaning the floor of Masjid al-Haram in Makkah has gone viral.

The celebrated player is currently in Saudi Arabia along with several team fellows, including skipper Babar Azam and Iftikhar Ahmed, to perform Hajj.

The video was shared by his fans on Twitter where it has won the hearts of social media users, with people showering him with praise.

The video shows the 31-year-old cleaning the floor quickly while staff of the cleaning department are present there.

Earlier, a video of the star batsman performing Tawaf of Holdy Kaaba had gone viral on social media.

Previously, Mr Rizwan was spotted offering Maghrib prayer on a roadside during his visit to the United States.

On the work front, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has named him in the national squad for the upcoming two-match Test series against Sri Lanka. The team will fly to Sri Lanka in July.
