Mohammad Rizwan likely to be ruled out of third PAK v NZ game
LAHORE (Web Desk) – Pakistan wicketkeeper-batsman Mohammad Rizwan is likely to be rested in the third game of the five-match T20I homes series against New Zealand today (Monday) as he is suffering from backpain.
A medical team will review his health condition today to take final decision about his participation in the game. Reports said Rizwan’s injury, which he got during second match against Kiwis, was not severe but he could be rested as a precautionary measure.
Reports said Mohammad Haris would replace Rizwan in the team.
The third match will be played tonight as the Team Green lead the series by 2-0. In the second match, Babar Azam’s third century and another four-wicket haul from Haris Rauf led Pakistan to a 38-run win over New Zealand on Saturday evening at the Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore.
